Barbara Joyce Neal

Barbara Joyce Neal, age 72, was born in Philadelphia, Mississippi and had resided in Gautier, Mississippi for the past 46 years, until her demise on December 17, 2018 surrounded by her family at home.  Barbara was funny, loved cooking, sewing, and loved her family dearly.  She was employed by Ingalls Shipbuilding as a welder for 33 years.

Barbara is preceded in death by her mother, the late Mary Ethel Green and her father, the late Wrenshaw Harris; brother, Charles Huddelston.

She is survived by:  Two daughters, Shantel (Sean) Jones and Yulonder (Sedrick) Wess; one son, Dion M. Neal; three brothers, Wendy Harris, Kenneth Harris, and Billy Harris; one sister, Pamela (Robert) Talley; six grandchildren, De'Mario A Neal, Kezwick K Collins, Howard Buckley, Jr., Destin D Neal, Barbie A Burton, and Somer A Jones; and one great-grandchild, Payton Neal.  Special thanks to Care-N-Home and Hospice of Light.
