Billy J Marshall

Mr. Billy James Marshall Sr., a life long resident of Moss Point, Mississippi departed this life on February 13, 2018. He was born on December 6, 1937 in Ackerman, Ms. to the late David Marshall and the late Etheree Houston Rush. Mr. Marshall was proceeded in death by three brothers; Wayne Rush, Benny Rush, and Bobby Spears, also one grandson Mario Marshall. He lived a very fulfilled life of 80 years. Mr. Marshall was employed at City Lumber of Pascagoula, MS. for a number of years. The owner of three businesses Marshall's Grocery in Moss Point, MS, a Service Station, and Marshall's Construction. He was a very industrious man from as early as the 1970's. 

He was a long time member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Marshall was united in holy matrimony to the late Sally Mae Worthy Marshall. He leaves  to cherish his memory nine children, Dennis (Rosa) Marshall of Gautier, MS, Patricia (James) Rush of Louisville, MS, Larry Marshall and B.J Marshall Jr. of Gautier, MS, Linda (Howard) Triplett of Louisville, MS, Randy (Carrie) Marshall of Gautier, MS., Victor Marshall of Three Rivers, MS; Octavia Marshall of Gulfport, MS, and Kimberly Marshall of Moss Point, MS, 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, Eddie Jack Rush, J.C. (Laline) Rush, 2 sisters Endie Lou Rush and Linda Ann Rush all of Philadelphia, MS, a devoted sister-in-law Edna Triplett, a devoted nephew Rickey Triplett, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Mary Marshall will always cherish fond memories of Mr. Marshall.
