Mrs. Debra Carter-Williams, daughter of the late A.L. Carter and Annie Bell Stanton, was born on September 28, 1959, in Dawes, Alabama. At an early age, Debra professed her faith in Jesus Christ.
Debra is preceded in death by four sisters: Winona Carter, Diana Brownlee, Kathy Carter, and Junita Carter; one niece, Carmanita Carter; and two nephews, Jason Carter, and Terry Carter.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her loving husband and caregiver: Allen Dale Williams, of Pascagoula, MS; her loving daughters, Carletta Carter, Latisha Carter, Latanya Fairley-Wiggins, and one loving son, Markus Fairley Sr., all of Pascagoula. seven grandchildren: Nykiera T. Owens, Dorreyan Carter, Markus Fairley Jr., Adonyea Shannon, Breland Plainer, Kerry Hayes, and Dymond Fairley; one living sister, Ms. Marilyn Carter of Dawes AL; niece, Alicia Brownlee; two nephews, Tony Brownlee and Alford Brownlee, and a host of devoted friends and family.
