Ira Ray Moore

Ira Ray Moore, age 63, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019, in Vancleave, MS at his home surrounded by
his family. He was a lifelong resident of Vancleave, MS. He retired from Singing River Electric Company
after 35 years. Ray loved to have cookouts, go fishing, and spend time with his family. Ray is preceded in
death by: his parents, Andrew and Alma; brothers Robert, Ronnie, and Eugene Moore; and nephew,
Wesley “Tink” Butler. Survivors include: his loving wife of 45 years, Annette, sons Kevin Ray, Ira Timothy
Wayne, and Steven Andrew Moore all of Vancleave, MS; brothers and sisters Terry (Kim), Ricky
(Dorothy) of Vancleave, MS, Billy (Carol), Mira Butler (Earl), Debra (William) Butler and Sara Butler all of
Lucedale, MS; 8 grandchildren Lindsey, Gabby, Bryce, Cullen, Brooklyn, Macie, Devon and Weston; and
a host of nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
