Jessica Frailey

Jessica Ricks Suggs Frailey, age 39, formerly of Norman Park, died Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at her residence in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Born on April 24, 1980, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of Judy Ricks Hay and the late Timothy J. Ricks. She was a financial Assistant with the Credit Bureau and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lillian Ricks and Betty Alton Bizzell; uncles, Stan Rumley and David Bizzell.

She is survived by her mother, Judy Ricks Hay and husband James of Norman Park; husband, Gary Duane Frailey of Ocean Springs, MS; son, Hayden Suggs of Athens; daughter, Ava Grace Frailey of Ocean Springs, MS; grandfather, Glenn Ricks of Norman Park; grandmother, Joyce Hopkins of Moultrie; aunts, Melissa Ricks Johnson and husband Kyle and Norma Jean Rumley; uncle, Greg Ricks and wife Lynn; step-sister; Abigail Tomlin and husband Blake of Zebulon, GA and many loving nieces and nephews.  Sevices will be held at Baker Funeral Home Chapel, 2222 Hwy 37 E, Moultrie, GA 31788 on Saturday, August 17, 2019; 11 am.
