Stan Rayburn Foster

Mr. Stan Rayburn Foster, a native of Mississippi and a resident of Gautier, MS for the past 16 years went home to be with the Lord on Nov. 15, 2018, at Singing River Hospital.

He was a longtime member of the Christian Motorcyclist Association, which was an affiliation he took great pride in.  He was an avid motorcycle rider, mechanic, and bike builder.  Being outdoors was his passion - hunting, fishing or just enjoying nature.  His favorite place was out in the woods observing nature.  A self-made, self-taught, simple kind of man with a heart of gold and a strong faith in God.  Stan was a kind and loving man in life and was known to go out of his way to help others.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elsie Marie Foster (Dunne) and father, Paul Foster.

He is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Christa Marie Lingafelter and Jeffery Paul Lingafelter, his brother David Foster, and sister & brother-in-law Stacie Marie Norris & William Norris, his niece & nephew-in-law Laurie & Eric Shanks and nephew and niece-in-law Brian & Crystal Foster, his niece Kaylin Norris and nephew Liam Norris, 4 great nephews and 2 great nieces.  He is also survived by longtime family friend Pat Sebren.
