William Burl Rouse

Mr. William Burl Rouse passed away peacefully on May 3, 2018. He was surrounded  by his wife of 46 years, Rose Smith Rouse and family. He was born March 23, 1949 in Powhatan, VA to John Robert Rouse and Catherine Parks Rouse. He had one brother Bobby (Pat) Rouse (deceased) and one sister Martha (Ralph) Hatfield. He honorably served in the United States Navy and was stationed at  Pensacola Naval Air Station, FL. He settled in Mobile AL after marrying Rose and having their three daughters Mary Katherine - Kc (Jon) Bergmann, Stephanie Renee (James) Boone and Elizabeth Rose - Lisa (Steve) Harrison. He was later blessed with five grandchildren Jeff, Sydney, Hilary, Sara and Rebecca. And then came four great grandchildren. There are many more wonderful family and friends that love him and will miss him deeply.
