Al Andrew Williams

Mr. Al Andrew Williams, a native of Escatawpa, MS, and a resident of Three Rivers, Mississippi, transitioned from this earthly world on May 22, 2020. On August 15, 1960, he was born to Abraham Williams and Essie Mae Wells-Leverson.   He was an employee of Huntington Ingalls Industries for 20 years and worked in Department 35.  Al was an extremely passionate man that was talented with his hands and family-oriented.

He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Ben and Lucille Williams; maternal grandparents, James Smith and Ida (Johnny) Willoughby; and sisters, Grace Ann Biggs and Ethel Dees.

Al's loving family survives him: father, Abraham Williams; mother, Essie Mae Wells (Johnny) Leverson of Escatawpa, MS; siblings, Tina Williams-Jones of Killeen, TX, Archie Williams of Escatawpa, MS, Loretta Williams (Marcus) Hunter of Moss Point, MS, Telford Williams of Atlanta, GA, Mary Frances Hunter of Moss Point, MS, Jackie Leverson of Moss Point, MS, Patricia Colvin of Moss Point, MS, and Angetta Bogan of Gautier, MS; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
