Billy Charles Rodgers

Mr. Billy Charles Rodgers, a native and resident of Pascagoula, MS, for the past 66 years, gained his wings on April 28, 2022, while at Plaza Nursing Home. He was a member of Union Baptist Church and a founding member of the Quiet Storm Line Dancers. MSP employed Billy as a Security Guard until his health failed. Billy was also a proud Pascagoula High School graduate Class of 1973. He loved to dance and had a spirit that lit up the world while doing so.

He is preceded in death by his father, Bilbo Rodgers; his mother, Claudia Morris Rodgers; and his sister-in-law, Velma Rodgers.

Billy leaves to cherish his loving memories to his brothers, Robert (Ruth) Rodgers, Larry Rodgers, and Michael Rodgers; sisters, Julia (William) Holmes, Pamela Hull, and Gloria (Terry) Watkins; a devoted niece, Latanya (Chester) Cook; along with a host of other nieces, nephews, and relatives that loved him dearly.
