Chad Steven Skinner, 52, of Moss Point, MS, passed away on December 28, 2023. He was born on January 29, 1971 to the late Joel Francis Skinner and Betty Stamps Skinner in Pascagoula, MS. For those who didn’t know Chad when they saw him they probably would have said he was big, strong, and a tough guy. He would give anyone the shirt off his back if they needed it. Chad was a hard-working and dedicated employee of American Flooring where he worked for many years. His family and grandchildren were very important to him and he loved to be on the river with them hanging out on the sandbars and riding on his 4-wheeler.
Along with his parents, Chad was preceded in death by his brother, Lane Skinner; and sisters, Jennifer and Leah Skinner.
He is survived by his children, Alexis Gray, Gage Skinner, Blake Skinner, and Brantley Treyce Skinner; grandchildren, Paisleigh Diane Gray and Braley Joy Skinner; along with other family and friends.
Bro. Archie Holley officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Serene Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Moss Point, MS, with Gage Skinner, John Darrell McLeod, Kelly Brown, Chase Box, Blaine McLeod, Lane Skinner, and Cannon Cooper serving as pallbearers.
