Charles Edward Carr

Mr. Charles “Charley” Edward Carr, 71 of Escatawpa, MS, was born on February 4, 1948, to Earnest and Mary Ellen Carr has passed away on May 16, 2019, after a long struggle with heart disease.  Charley proudly served in the United States Army and was a retiree of Ingalls Shipbuilding.

He is preceded in death by:  his mother, Mary Ellen Carr and his father Earnest Carr. 

Charley is survived by:  his wife Debra Carr; his daughters, Mary (Jared) Lee, Rochelle Huber, Lori Mullins, and Cindy Heathcote; grandchildren, Garrett, and Justin Lee; and a host of many other family and friends that loved him dearly.
