Chong “Pat” Bolton, age 84, was born on October 1, 1937, in Wonson, Korea. Pat was called home to be with the Lord and passed away peacefully at her earthly home in Ocean Springs, MS, where she resided for just over a year until her death, on November 03, 2021, while she was surrounded by her family. She met & married Billy Hardy in 1962 where they met at Osan Air Force Base and had 2 daughters. Later, she was married to Gregory Bolton for 33 years, and resided in Warner Robins, GA, until his death in 2013. She is a member of the Korean Presbyterian Church of Warner Robins.
Pat Bolton lived a fulfilling life as a mother, sister, grandmother, wife, and friend. She worked at Robins Air Force Base where she later retired. She was an extremely hard-working entrepreneur and worked until the age of 80. She was known for her work ethic and deep love for her family. Pat leaves behind many years of cherished memories. She will forever be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Pat Bolton is survived by her 2 daughters and their husbands, Sylvia & Johnnie Hamm, (Bonaire, Georgia) and Anita & Lee Yarbrough (Ocean Springs, Mississippi). Her brother and wife, Yong & Myong Pak (Lees Summit, Missouri) 4 Grandchildren, Kyndall Hamm (Perry, Georgia), Olivia Eden (Ocean Springs, Mississippi) Riley Hamm (Bonaire, Georgia), and Jane Yarbrough (Ocean Springs, Mississippi) 2 Great-grandchildren, Sailor Hamm (Elko, Georgia) and Charlotte Eden (Ocean Springs, Mississippi).
In keeping with her nature, a private memorial service will be held for immediate family only. Those wishing to honor her life can make a donation to the Cancer Research Institute or American Cancer Society.
