Christian Benton

Christian Jomar Benton (Toody) was born February 6, 1997 in Pascagoula, MS and resided in Moss Point, MS until he entered eternal life on September 11, 2024.

Christian was preceded in death by his mother, Chrystie Benton; sister, N’dya Triplett; brothers, Marquise Triplet and Dalien Currie; and maternal grandmother,  JoAnn Benton.

Christian leaves to cherish his memories, two children, Chrisette Benton of Moss Point, MS and Karter Myers; father, Marcus (Christina) Triplett Sr. of Gautier, MS; paternal grandmother, Mary Abrams of Moss Point, MS; maternal grandfather, Lenzy Benton of Moss Point, MS; uncles, Joe (Cynthia) Davis, Robert Abrams, and Steve Abrams all of Moss Point, MS; aunts, Tiffany Chambers, Tracy Chambers, and Wendy Ezell all of Moss Point; brothers, Marcus Triplett Jr., Liam Kunkle, Steven Currie, and Christian Bass all of Moss Point, MS; two sisters; Markia Nix and McKenzie Benton of Moss Point, MS; favorite cousin, Jaylen Abrams of Moss Point; Godmothers, Marilyn Baxter and Lateria Pickens of Moss Point, MS and Zlendora Murray of Pascagoula, MS; and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He graduated high school from Moss Point High School in 2018. Christian will always be remembered as a good-hearted person who could make anyone laugh. Christian had a personality that could make anyone smile. He enjoyed taking pictures and making others smile. Christian also loved to listen to music and draw. He will mostly be remembered for his love of clothing. Christian loved to dress up.
