Donavan Montgomery

Donavan Marcell Montgomery, age 28 of Pascagoula, MS, son of Johnnie Lewis and Glenn Montgomery, was called home on July 23, 2020. Donavan was an Ocean Springs High School graduate who also attended Perkinston Community College. Donavan was an all-around, stand up guy. He loved football and spending time with his daughter, nieces, and nephews. Donavan was a genuine, hard-working man who took pride in his knowledge and abilities. Donavan warmed the hearts and touched the lives of everyone he encountered.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Glenn Montgomery Jr., and grandfather, Lefy Evan Wilks.

He was survived by his beautiful daughter, Laura Montgomery; his sisters, Frances (LiTanrence) Lewis and Megan Montgomery; brothers, Demetrios (Debreal) Brown, Emmanuel (Zachquanna) Cole, and Travis Pierce; grandmother, Frances (Jeff) Rhodes; his second family, Sam Johnson, Anita Johnson, Johnathan Johnson, Anissa Johnson, Alyssa Johnson, and Becky Johnson; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends that truly loved him.
