Eunice Andrews was born on March 26, 1937, to Leroy and Laura Davis. On June 25, 2024, Eunice transitioned from this Earthly world to her Heavenly Home. Eunice's greatest love was our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She enjoyed spending time with her children, family, and friends, as well as participating in special church activities. Eunice was a devoted member of Asbury Chapel AME Zion Church where she served as an Usher participating in Sunday school and extra activities during her earlier years. Also, Sister Andrews served with the George Washington Carver Court 140 Heroines of Jericho. When Sister Andrews found time for herself, she enjoyed getting her hair and nails done.
Eunice considered her children her pride and joy and always said, "Their birth changed her life for the better".
Eunice's favorite scripture was Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Lee Andrews; parents, Leroy and Laura Davis; sisters, Claira, Mozell Davis, and Autherine Chapman; and brother, Melvin Davis.
Eunice Andrews, beloved mother to Wayne Lee Lett (Late Vickey Kirkland Lett) of Jackson, MS, Dorothy (Jeffery) Murphy of Hampton, GA, and George (Mary) Evans of Gautier, MS; eight grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives
that will miss her dearly.
