Ellen L Conerly

Ellen Lorelle Walker also known as Mimi, passed away in her home on Thursday, May 13th, 2021. She was preceded by her husband, Joseph Walker; her mother and father, James and Susie Green; and her daughter, Millicent Sue Smith.

She was loved by her 4 children, Steven Walker, Dewayne Walker, Jilda Osborn, and Millicent Sue Smith; her 7 grandchildren, Sharon Herrin, Tiffany Walker, Bobby Smith, Marshall Snith, Milli Smith, Ashton Abston, and Megan Lowery; her 13 great-grandchildren, Adrin Iris, Madison Herrin, Analise Herrin, Gavin Iris, Tristan Smith, Carly Iris, Evin Herrin, Haley Dean, Paisley Pasquini, Jordan Pasquini, Marlie Hosey, Elle Pasquini, and Leela Lowery.

She was born on April 15, 1942, in Meridian, MS. She was married in 1959 and travel with him in the army until his retirement in 1968. Her favorite pastime was listening to country music, cooking, word search puzzles, Atlanta Braves, New Orleans Saints, shopping at Walmart, and the farmers market. She was a member of Collinsville Methodist Church where she gave her life to our Lord and Savior. Ellen's favorite gospel song was Go Fly High on the Mountain by Vince Gill. She was loved by many friends of the family and will be dearly missed by all.  

Her services will be held at Temple Baptist Church, 1860 Pops Ferry Rd Biloxi, MS 39540 at 1 pm Sunday, May 16, 2021.
