Mrs. Elsie Louise White, a native and resident of Pascagoula, MS passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, in Ocean Springs, MS. She was an avid cook known famously for her gumbo, seafood, potato salad, and chicken and cornbread dressing. She also was a wonderful decorator who was talented in arts and crafts.
She is preceded in death by: her loving husband of many years, Robert Gregg White; her father, Joseph Elmer Spicer; her mother, Bertha Catherine Spicer; and her siblings, Harriet Hooks, Ozie Bowen, Rose Mallette, Charles Spicer, Sybil Agnes, and Verna Broadus.
Mrs. Elsie Louise is survived by her loving family: her sons, Johnny (Tracey) Spicer, Robert (Mandy) White, and Billy (Danielle) White; her daughters, Cathy (Thomas) Jones and Lacie White; her grandchildren; great-grandchildren; her brothers-in-law, Billy L. White, Frank (Cricket) Moody, and A.J. (Shelia) Moody; her sister-in-law, Sherry K. Moody; along with many special nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives who loved her dearly.
