Gordon Ray Ross Jr.

Mr. Gordon Ray Ross Jr., a native of Napa, CA and a resident of Moss Point, MS for the past 47 years, went home to be with Lord on Sunday, March 13, 2022. He was a longtime member of Power Ministries of Moss Point, MS. Gordon was an entrepreneur who had many talents and skills. He was also an honorably discharged U.S Marine.

He is preceded in death by both parents, Gordon Ray Ross Sr. and Margie Ruth Katzenmyer; daughter, Sheri Rena Binion; granddaughter, Britney Lyda; and grandson, Justin Ross.

Gordon is survived by his wife of 48 years, Etta Ruth Ross of Moss Point, MS; daughters, Janice Smith (David Turner) of Moss Point, MS, Tammie (Jimmy) Walls of Denham Springs, LA, Frances (Bobby) Gorman of Moss Point, MS, and Connie Edwards of Moss Point, MS; sons, Jody (Amy) Walker of Moss Point, MS and Gordon Ray (Megan) Ross III of DeQuincy, LA; twenty-three grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends that will miss him dearly.
