Hubert Earl Foster Jr.

Mr. Hubert Earl Foster, Jr, age 73, was born on April 26, 1948, in Pascagoula, MS, and passed away on May 02, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hubert Foster, Sr., and mother, Dorothy Neil Witherspoon; his brothers, George Calhoun, Thomas Fleming, and Leon Foster; his sisters, Diane Foster, and Judy Williams; grandparents, Bessie Carol, John Blunt, and Jessie Foster; and a grandson, Xavier Davison.

He attended Carver High School and graduated with the Class of 1966.  Upon graduation, Hubert attended Jackson County Junior College, where he earned an Associate Degree in electronics.

He was employed with Ingalls Shipbuilding for one year, as a scaffold carpenter.  From there, he worked for Bell South for 30 years, until his retirement.

Hubert had a love for fishing and crabbing. He also enjoyed traveling.

Hubert leaves to cherish his memories to his son, Tony Jones of Houston, TX, devoted daughter, Stephanie Foster Bradford of Moss Point, MS, daughter, Zena Slay of Mobile, AL; his sons, Hubert (Tonia) Foster, and Antonio Molden, both of Moss Point, MS;  daughter, Brittney Foster of Birmingham, AL; one brother, Author Witherspoon of Biloxi, MS;  his devoted sister, June (Ron) Green of Moss Point, MS; sister, Bessie Boykin of Huntsville, AL; a devoted niece, Annie (Malcolm) Colley of Pascagoula, MS; his devoted nephew, Timothy Knowles of Jackson, MS; a devoted son-in-law, James Bradford, Sr. of Gautier, MS; a devoted friend, Betty Williams of Jackson, MS; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends that will always and forever miss him dearly, and special thanks to Richard and Evelyn Pitts of Moss Point, MS, and Elisha Johnson of Pascagoula, MS.
