JOSEPH SPICER

Joseph "Joe" Spicer, age 68, was born on September 13, 1956. He was a lifelong resident of Pascagoula, Mississippi who passed away on March 11, 2025, surrounded by his family. Joe, an avid fisherman, was the last surviving sibling in his family.  He was a man who believed strongly in his Pentecostal faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, six sisters, and several nieces and nephews.

Joe is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Dickson Spicer, with whom he enjoyed 50 years of marriage.  He also leaves numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will miss him dearly.
