James Glidewell Obituary

James Franklin Glidewell, age 68, of Vernal, Ms, passed at George Regional Rehab on the evening of June 18, 2022. Mr. Glidewell was born on February 18, 1954 at George County Hospital in Lucedale, Ms.

He was a welder by trade but his passion was the outdoors. He loved all types of hunting and could often be found on the river fishing. He was a veteran who served his country in the Army.

He is survived by his three sisters: Elaine (Billy) Rogers, Mary Tatum, and Tricia (Eddie) Demko all of Lucedale. He is the son of the late Hoye Glidewell and Evelyn Marie (Baker) Glidewell. A private graveside service will be held in July.
