James Edward "Lil J" Washington

Mr. James Edward Washington entered his eternal rest on April 9, 2022 at the age of 63. James was born January 18,1959 in the small town of Grace, Mississippi. He has been a long-time resident of Moss Point, MS for over 45 years.

He was preceded in death by his father Eddie Washington Jr; his mother Cynthia Washington; three brothers, George Washington, Freddie Washington, John Henry Washington; two sisters, Roxie Jones, and Dorothy Blake.

James leaves to cherish his memory his daughter Tameka Jackson of Hollywood, Florida, his six brothers Earnest (Renee) Washington of Collins, MS, Bobby (Lisa) Washington of Irvington, AL, Thomas (Bernice) Washington of Detroit MI, Willie Washington Sr. of Pascagoula, MS, Roosevelt Washington of Houston, TX, and Larry Washington of Detroit, MI; three sisters Betty (Robert) Williams Jr. of Moss Point, MS, Matilda (Christopher) Blanks of Gautier, MS, and Gloria Fairley of Gautier, MS, his two grandchildren Latravis and Tyler Jackson of Hollywood, FL and a host of special nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
