Jerry Lee Shumock

Jerry Shumock was a resident of Moss Point, Mississippi.  He was born on January 15, 1961, to the Late Alsey Shumock and Romonia Baria. Jerry, at the age of 62, passed away on February 21, 2023, while at Singing River Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Romonia Baria, of Hurley, MS; father, Alsey Shumock of Hurley, MS; and his grandson, Drake Johnson.

Jerry is survived by: his two children, daughter, Jessica “Nikki” (Phillip) Johnson, and son, Kain Shumock; three grandchildren, Allysan Shumock, Brooklyn Johnson, and Brantley Gilbert; brother, Tommy (Edna) Baria; sisters, Elizabeth Dolbare and Kathy (Claud) Leaman; and tons of nieces and nephews and other relatives that will miss him dearly.
