Mr. Labarron T. Peoples, a native of Grand Bay, AL and a resident of Pascagoula, MS for the past 40 years, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at home with his wife at his side. Labarron was employed by Huntington Ingalls Shipbuilders as a Technician for 40 years. He had a love for music and a personality that could make people smile.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Carrie Smith Peoples and his father, Earnest Peoples.
Labarron is survived by his loving family: devoted wife, Gloria Frazier Peoples of 23 years; two daughters, Labranden T. Peoples and LaTonia B. Thigpen; his stepson, James M. Marks; two brothers, Robert Peoples and Alphonse Peoples; his six sisters, Lillie Peoples Barnes, Cathy Peoples Simmons, Martha Peoples Royal, Alberta (Wayne) Peoples Robinson, Rosena Peoples, and Mary Peoples; his grandson, Kassius Lebron Peoples; a devoted nephew, Derrick D. (Angela) Peoples; his nine nephews; his eleven nieces; several special friends, John Mickey Mosley, Charles “Pete” Finklea, Henry Buckley, Oliver Halthon Jr., Walter Doby, Cornelius Gibsons, and J.J. Crossley; along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
