McCray Ballinger

Mr. McCray Coy Ballinger, 82, born December 03, 1937, in Ackerman, Mississippi, and was a resident of Pascagoula, Mississippi.  He was the founder and owner of Ballinger Roofing from 1979-2015. 

He never comprised the quality and integrity he placed into his work.  He was a kind man with a heart that never stopped giving and putting God first.  He was a peaceful soul that was adored and loved by many.  He loved spending time with his family, bird watching, having his coffee, and watching the weather and sports channels.  His motto was “We should all be helping one another.”  We love you, dad!

He is preceded in death by his wife, Ina; his parents, Thomas M. Ballinger and Phenie Millings Ballinger.

McCray leaves to cherish his loving and impressionable memories to his children:  Sons, Michael (Christine) Ballinger, Phillip (Teresa) Ballinger, Randy (Kevin Hucke) Ballinger, and his daughters, Penny Lindsey, Tracy (Dwight Nelson) Ballinger, Deanna (Martin) Winkler; grandchildren, Ryan Ballinger, Derek Winkler, Heather (Cory) Sumrall, Brittany (Christopher Pugh) Poole, Cody (Britney) Winkler, Jay (Crystal) Burchfield; and great-grandchildren, Jordan Ballinger, Marceline Winkler, Broxyn Sumrall, Jayce Burchfield, and Devyn Baldock.  Along with many other relatives and friends that will always love and miss him dearly.
