Melanie Jones

It is with deep sorrow and much love that the family of Melanie Sue Jones announces her passing on July 25, 2024, at the age of 60 years old. She departed her earthly life peacefully and was welcomed into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Born on June 13, 1964, Melanie Sue Jones touched the lives of those around her with her strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit. Despite facing the challenges of her illness, she remained a beacon of hope and inspiration to all who knew her.

Throughout her life, Melanie embodied kindness and compassion. Her selflessness and generosity knew no bounds, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of friends and family alike. Her legacy of love will be cherished by all who had the privilege of sharing in her journey. Melanie was preceded in death by her lifelong partner, Kenneth Moulds; parents, George and Pauline Jones; sister, Jacklyn Jones; and niece Erica Jones.

Melanie Jones is survived by her loving family, including her bonus daughters, Rosalyn Johnson, Krystal Summerlin, Kendra Moulds, and Acquanita Taylor; five brothers Mark Jones, Dennis Jones, George Jones, Raymond Jones, and Robert Jones; a devoted mother-in-law Betty Jean Moulds; and a dedicated and nurturing sister-in-law Debra Robinson; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
