Michael Leonard Davis, 50, of Moss Point, MS was born in Pascagoula, Mississippi on September 3, 1973, to Patricia Davis-Green and Robert Rodgers. He was a resident of Moss Point for 50 years and departed his life journey at home on July 11, 2024. Michael enjoyed fishing, watching sports, and riding his bike. He also enjoyed listening to music and attending blues festivals. He was a big Mississippi State fan.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Davis-Green; stepfather Rhodis Melvin Green; maternal grandparents, Dewitt and Beatrice McMillian; paternal grandparents, Bilbo and Claudia Rodgers, Billy Rodgers, Velma Rodgers, and Kellie Guy.
He leaves to cherish his father, Robert (Ruth) Rodgers; one sister, Shanitha Davis; four brothers Alton "Mark" (Raquel) Williams, Dana Johnson, Mark (Jennifer) Rodgers, and Timothy Rodgers; aunts, Mary (Alvin) Abney, Julia (William) Holmes, Pam Hull, and Gloria (Terry)Watkins; uncles, Larry and Michael Rodgers; nephew, Alton "AJ" Williams Jr. and niece Tori Williams. A host of cousins, great aunts, uncles, and friends.
