Nicole Lee

With heavy hearts, we celebrate the life and mourn the loss of Nicole Lynn (Mullins) Lee, age 48, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 18th, 2026 at her home in Escatawpa.

She was born on August 1, 1977, to the late Donnie Ray Mullins, Sr. Cathy Renea (Stewart) Mullins in Pascagoula. Nicole was a life long resident of Jackson County.

Nicole was greeted in spirit by her parents, Donnie and Cathy Mullins; paternal grandparents, Riley and Mary Mullins, and maternal grandparents, Lewis and Sarah Stewart who were waiting to welcome her home. 

Deeply missed but forever loved, she remains a guiding presence for her son, Jesse William Mullins and his wife Erin Leigh; her son, Michael Chad Mullins and his fiancée Nikki; her brothers, Donnie Ray Mullins, Jr. and Christopher Gordon Mullins and his wife Lisa; and her cherished grandchildren, Aubriee Ashlynn Michelle, Chase Anthony and Spencer Blaze Mullins; husband, Christopher Lee; and her special, friend Dwayne Love. She leaves behind many beautiful memories for her extended family and friends, who will forever keep her in their hearts. 

Nicole’s family will host a Memorial Service followed by a Remembrance Gathering at a later date.
