Norma Catchot Obituary

Mrs. Norma Jean Catchot, 59, of Ocean Springs, MS, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, surrounded by her children and family. She was an amazing mother and a loving nanny. She loved her two dogs and cat like her children

She was preceded in death by her father, Wallace Bender, and stepmother, Mildred Bender.

She is survived by her mother, Jean Soucia; stepfather, Jerald Soucia; sisters, Laurie Ward, MD Brandenburg, and Tina Soucia; brothers, Daniel Sommers, Ricky Sommers, and Fred Clapper; her children, Marsha Nissen, Jessica Elliott, Trey Pattat, Tara and Danny Smith, Sammy and Ashley Catchot, Colten Catchot, and Jacob and Theresa Catchot; grandchildren, Summer Smith, Payten Smith, Briar Smith, and Ellamay Catchot; and a host of other family and friends who loved her dearly.
