Obituary

Mrs. Norma F. Harry, age 81, was born on March 14, 1940 in Mobile, AL, and was a longtime resident of Pascagoula, MS for the past 49 years.  Mrs. Harry went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 16, 2021.  She was a member of Ashbury Chapel AME Zion Church of Pascagoula, MS.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lovie Harry of 20 years; her mother, Clemestine Polk, and her father, Bishop Eneaus Polk, Sr.; her brothers, Eneaus Polk, Jr. and David Sanders; her sisters, Thelma Kener, Rosie Chestang, Ardel, and Abston.

She leaves to cherish her memories to her sons, Raymond O’Neal Polk, and Franklin (Yolanda) B. Polk; one brother, Albert (Rose) Polk; one sister, Julia (Randolph) Scott; four grandchildren, Antonia Polk, Arkel Polk, Andrew Polk, and Antwone Smith;  great-grandchildren, Antwone, Ayden Polk, Amari Polk, Ikeriah Polk, and Kilo Polk, sister and brother-in-law, Milton and Sherlean Harry; along with other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
