Phillip Spencer

Mr. Phillip Rance Spencer, age 38, was a resident of Pascagoula, MS. Sadly, on March 28, 2024, Phillip passed away. He was employed by Consulting Safety Training, known as CST. Phillip enjoyed his work and loved spending time in the outdoors, hunting and fishing. Although he was a man of great talent and skills, he took pride in spending time with his family the most.

Phillip was preceded in death by his father, Ricki Spencer.

He is survived by his wife, Champayne Wuescher; his children, Trey, Troy, Haydin, Ahroah, Reign, Grace, and Remi; his mother, Roxie Smiley; his siblings: Fronis Smiley, Drey Smiley, Kyle Smiley, Racquel Coulter, and Rachel Coulter; his grandmother, JoAnn Havard; and a host of many other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
