Ronny Petty Obituary

Mr. Ronny Petty transitioned from this earthly world on February 4, 2020, at the age of 76 in Gautier, MS. He was employed for many years with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company as a Final Finisher in Union City, TN for 35 years. Ronny was a man of many talents who enjoyed spending time in nature.

He is preceded in death by: his loving wife of 45 years, Judy Petty; his parents, Opal Davis Petty and Howard Petty; brother, Randal Petty; his sons, Ronny D. Petty Jr. and Dwayne Petty; and his sisters, Wilber (Dorothy) Mitchell and Mabel Smith.

Ronald is survived by: his daughter, Laurie Flora of Dresden, TN; his son Johnny Petty of Davenport, IA; his brothers, James H. Petty, John E. Petty both of Troy, TN; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends who love him dearly.
