Mr. Samuel Lewis Williams was born January 10, 1950, in Pascagoula, MS to the late Wesley Williams, Sr. and Roberta Moses Williams. Sam departed this life on December 17, 2022 at Singing River Hospital, Pascagoula, MS. He attended Magnolia school and worked for many years as a fisherman.
Sam was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley and Roberta Williams; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Fannie Mae Williams; maternal grandparents, Ollie and Annie Moses; three sisters, Patricia Ann Williams, Nercile Dawson, and Florence Harris; and three brothers, Joe Lewis Williams, Leroy Williams, and Leo Williams.
Sam leaves to cherish his loving memories two sisters, Dorothy J (Clarence) Thomas and Lenora Williams; two brothers, Earnest and Wesley Williams both of Moss Point, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews as well as a host of cousins, friends, and very special friends, Carolyn Johnson, Peter Graham, Leon Fantroy, Clarence Thomas Jr., Kelvin Mims, and so many others.
