Mrs. Sandra Alexander (formerly White), age 76, a native of Brownsville, Tennessee, and a resident of Pascagoula for the past 25 years, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at We Care Hospice. She was attended by her loving son, Richard.
Sandra was a kind, giving, and friendly person who never met a stranger. She was an animal lover and a rescuer of strays and abused animals. She was a devoted Den Mother with the Cub Scouts of America. She loved to garden and cook. Professionally, Mrs. Sandra worked as a nurse and later worked in retail. She had a deep but quiet faith in God.
She is preceded in death by her former husband, James Patrick White; her mother, Odell (Stuart) Alexander, and father, Richard Stanley Alexander, a Veteran of WWI, both from Haywood County, Tennessee.
She leaves to cherish her memory, a devoted and loving son, Richard Patrick White of Winter Garden, Florida, and his wife, Megan; and her grandchildren, Alyssa Grace White and Andrew Patrick White.
FUNERAL SERVICES will be held at Springhill Methodist Church in Brownsville, Tennessee, at a later date.
