Sataish Ynette Tubbs, age 45, of Gautier, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026, at Ocean Springs Hospital in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Sataish was born on May 13, 1980, in Pascagoula, Mississippi. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Her life was a reflection of compassion, strength, and unwavering love for her family and community.

Sataish attended Bible Study Baptist Church in Moss Point, Mississippi, where she found spiritual guidance and fellowship. Her faith and love for others were reflected in the way she lived her life and cared for those around her.

She dedicated much of her life to helping and caring for others. Sataish graduated from Pascagoula High School in 1998 and MGCCC with an Associates degree in education. She worked as an assistant teacher for nearly two decades, where she helped nurture and educate young children, leaving a lasting impact on many families in her community. Later in life, she continued her passion for helping others by working as a caregiver, providing comfort, compassion, and support to those in need.

Sataish had a deep love for life’s simple joys. She enjoyed beach trips, short road trips and daily rides, traveling with loved ones, and shopping. She was known for her strong spirit, generous heart, great sense of humor, and unwavering support for her family. Her love for those around her was constant, and she always made sure the people she loved felt cared for and encouraged.

Above all, Sataish cherished her family. Being a mother was one of the greatest joys of her life, and she took immense pride in raising and loving her daughters. Her love, strength, and guidance will forever remain a lasting legacy in their lives.

Sataish is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Edna Marshall; maternal grandfather, Quincy Marshall, paternal grandmother Carrie Mae Tubbs, and paternal grandfather, Andrew Tubbs.
