Stephen Yanko Jr.

Mr. Stephen Yanko, age 63, born June 07, 1957, passed away peacefully at his home, in Pascagoula, MS on January 31, 2021.  He was born in Somerville, NJ, and resided in Manville, NJ for many years before moving to Sparta, NJ with his family.  After retiring from Gulf Oil, Mr. Yanko resided in Pascagoula.  Mr. Yanko served 4 years in the United States Air Force and enjoyed fishing, boating, antique auctions, playing poker, and working with his hands.  He proudly built his own home for his family while living in Manville.  He belonged to the Sparta powerboat club for many years, and also acquire his NJ real estate licenses.

He is preceded in death by his father, Stephen Yanko, Sr., and a sister, Katherine Tarby.

Stephen leaves to cherish his memories his son, Joseph (Jenny) Yanko of Sparta, NJ; his daughter, Amy Yanko of Sparta, NJ; his mother, Dolores (McAndrew) Yanko, Hillsborough, NJ; former wife, Denise Yanko of Sparta, NJ; his brother, John Yanko of Manville, NJ; his sister, Linda Fasano of Manville, NJ; and his grandchildren, Andraya and Michael, along with other relatives that will miss him dearly.
