Susan N Neely

Mrs. Susan N. Neely, 65, of Pascagoula, MS, passed away in her home on the morning of May 3, 2020. Susan was born in Florida on July 20, 1954, to Minnie Lee Shell and Henry Nash.  After the death of Susan’s father, she relocated to Pascagoula, MS, and gained her loving stepfather, Tombs F. Shell.  At the age of 18, she met Thomas Neely, and they became inseparable.  Not only was she a devoted wife working alongside Thomas; she was also a dedicated mother who poured love into her household and children daily.  Their life’s joy was camping and fishing.  Susan loved her family with all her heart and soul.  She was the most giving woman that we will ever know, and any person who walked into her home felt welcomed and never left without several plates and a pie.  Susan’s wishes were to be cremated and laid to rest where she and her family spent their most cherished times together.  

She is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Thomas A. Neely, Sr; her loving children, Thomas Neely, Michael Neely, Jennifer Hercher (Neely), Franklin Neely, and Misty Neely.  She also leaves behind 19 very loved grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
