TONIA WILLIAMSON BROADUS

Tonia Williamson Broadus,  a native of Helena MS for the past 56 years, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at Singing River Hospital surrounded by family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother Fay (Jack) Huff, Father Wayne Williamson, sister, Robin Counselman and a son Dustin Broadus.

She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Jerry Broadus, nephew Justin Counselman, nieces Chasity Counselman and Ashlyn Hendrix. Her loving best friends Karla South Bouler and Becky Lynn Easterlin

Tonia loved being around family and friends. She liked getting together with her friends and going riding and shopping. She was an advocate for animal rescue. Tonia had a heart of gold and would help anyone that needed it. It didnt matter if they needed food or an open door. She never said no. Tonia's passing will leave a huge void in the lives of everyone that knew her

A private service was held April 28 2024.  at Orange Grove cemetery with Jeffrey Saksa officiating.
