Mr. Verno A. Booth II

President & Owner/Mortician

Verno Booth, is a native of Moss Point, MS and former resident of California for 16 years, who studied Forensic Science at Laney College in Oakland, California, and then transferred to John A. Gupton College in Nashville, TN; whereas, he majored and received his degree in Mortuary Science and now studying Business Administration at the University of Southern Mississippi.  Verno is a member of the NAACP of the Nashville chapter and a USTA (tennis) member .  While in Nashville, Verno worked and studied under Lewis & Wright Funeral Home and Scales Funeral Home.

Ms. Symone A. Booth

Vice President & Owner/Mortician

Symone Booth, is native of Los Angeles, Ca and resident of Moss Point, who attended Moss Point High School.   After graduation, she went on to attend Tougaloo College, Tougaloo, MS receiving her Bachelors of Science degree for Biology Pre-Med.  She furthered her studies receiving her Mortuary Science degree at Bishop State College in Mobile, AL; whereas, she worked and studied under Serenity Funeral Home in Theodore, AL.  Not only is Symone a Tougaloo alumni, she is a member of the Vocational Advisory Board with the Moss Point School System and the USTA.
